Cancellation Policy

So here’s the deal: we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Not because we’re uptight. But because we value time like it’s life—which it is. If you cancel after the 24 hour mark, we won’t refund you. Not because we’re punishing you. But because your empty chair still takes up space. And it echoes. It asks questions you won’t be there to answer. You paid for the opportunity. You missed it. That’s the cost. No-shows? They sting. You disappear, and we don’t know why. We build something in your absence, but it’s lopsided. And honestly, the integrity of the room suffers. Don’t ghost. It’s bad for your nervous system, and ours. Running late? Fine. Life’s messy. Just don’t show up pretending you're still whole and ready. Take a breath before you come in. Let me feel the truth of your arrival. More than 15 minutes late? We may have to keep going without you.
